By Clicking Submit you agree to the following:

The Client ("Customer") is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs 

for the purposes specified on the invoice. The Customer grants Ney Images permission to use the photographs

for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

Display on the Ney Images website and portfolio.

Sharing on Ney Images social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Use in marketing materials.

The Customer agrees that Ney Images may tag or comment on the Customer images in social media posts featuring the

photographs. If the customer wishes to have restrictions placed on the social media usage of the photos, those restrictions must be discussed and agreed to in writing, prior to the photoshoot.

The customer agrees that the photographer may use the photos in paid advertising.
